A few years ago, back when my coffee shop was struggling, I'd be in the back washing all the dishes late at night because I couldn't afford anyone else to do them for me. Well, I'd have this song on my playlist, the original version and this one. It helped distract me from all the feelings of hopelessness. Such a beautiful escape. Here I am years later listening to it again. I eventually had to close the doors on my shop, but I have some wonderful memories of this song and a sink full of dishes.

Wonder why? WHAT WERE THESE GUYS ARGUING ABOUT??? Zophar has a point about a backstabber. Job 20:25-29 “Draw out and go through the back, BARACK shall remove all strength, a dreadful overcoming shall flow forth. Who can discern?” Yahweh points out the understanding can improve thanks to an Anti-Christ and ultimate death on the planet. Obama - springing forth onto from the heights. Luke 10:18 reveals Satan is Barack Obama. This is why Music should be seen as important as Math, Reading and Writing. Not everyone is going to look for the cure for cancer, write software or design big buildings. Some are going to be the people that create, perform and appreciate the soundtrack of life.
Or . . . more likely . . . some who can create, perform and appreciate the soundtrack of life will be the ones who will also know enough about Math, Reading and Writing to find the cure for cancer.
if the human race could learn to work together as well as these kids for a common purpose , we wouldn't be looking for the cure to cancer, we would already have it.
I'm in tears... this is one of my favorite songs. The girl who is singing is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I can't get over how talented these guys are. Thank you for giving them and us this gift of music!!
How did that huge voice come out of that little child ? She looked so confident the whole time she was performing. All of those kids are so amazingly talented. This was done in 2011 and it never gets old when it comes up on my playlist.

As long as one unicorn exists the world is safe from total darkness. The sun will assure there is life but it is hope that magic give that gives us life, it’s not enough to survive if there is nothing to live for. 😢
It seriously warms my heart that those kids covered a song so dear to me, so unbelievably well. This is just perfect. I haven't felt like that since I saw the movie Legend when I was a kid.

I am just astonished by this video. Legend is one of my favorite fantasy films and one of my favorites with one of my favorite actors Tom Cruise and this song is the most beautiful of all of its soundtrack. Plus, the way the kids were singing it was just so beautiful that I was crying. I was crying because I was astonished by how great they sang it and I can sometimes cry when a song is that beautiful. I don't know why, but I just do. You guys rocked it!
All of these talented kids are several years older now and I've only found this a couple months ago. This production of this song is so incredibly moving to me that I keep coming back to watch this video at least 2 or 3 times every day. It soothes me and makes me smile. That voice of a very young Kala Rose is like, wow! All the kids on the many instruments are so talented and play their parts well. Bravo Aaron O'Keefe for providing this kind of opportunity to kids like these. The videos are so much fun to watch that I now rarely go to the original bands' versions, haha. Well done!!
Considering she was only 10 when she did this, Kala's vocals were amazing, and the other singers were great too. The whole thing was exceptional. Many thanks to Aaron O'Keefe for putting this together.
I've never seen the movie Legend, never heard this piece of music before. However, this was so professionally performed and captured that I almost feel I don't need to see the movie or hear the original piece. It sounded amazing and full of emotion. After the last video I watched I expected nothing less.
That movie and it's soundtrack are amazing. I strongly recommend taking the time to watch the theatrical cut. (That is the version with this great music.)
The world needs schools and opportunities such as what O`Keefe is accomplishing for all to become "more than." This rendition brought me to tears. I see how we as a race of people could have become so much more great than we are now had we only had access to the opportunity to do so.......
I would just like to dedicate this song to a very deer friend of mine Adam Rogers who passed on of a sudden brain aneurism at the age of 25 we both love this song and always played it at work. 46 & 2 was awesome (better than the original imo because you can't hear Maynard's voice), but this and Magic Dance are the 2 that are stuck in my head, literally for months now. I think this was composed better and Kala's style is better - could be just 'cause it's more modern, idk - and Magic Dance, I think I like it better just 'cause it was a flawless performance by such talented KIDS! Mad kudos to you, Aaron, and all your students and everyone who worked with you on these!

Aaron O'Keefe must have some magical talent with kids, the amazing performances all the artists on these videos put out. How many of us have listened to school band or orchestra and thought "well, at least they're trying..." These kids are already pros. AGT should just give them automatic wins
Amazing! You guys were just so amazing. I've always loved this song since i saw Legend as a kid when it first came out. The little girl singing was awesome and seeing all the kids involved all they way down to the little one on the chimes was so cool. Whenever i hear this song i feel hopeful for the future. This video was literally the best 7mins 15secs i've had in the past month.

Legend is not possible without the evil minions and the smaller one with the horned helmet as he spies on Lily speaks that classic line I will never forget.....She is so sweet, I could eat her brains like jam! Loved the Gump and all his crew who with Jack and Lily's help kept the light alive, and pushed back the forces of darkness once again. At least for a little while.
How do you know this worked? When you get the chills up and down your body just like you did with the original. Excellent job to all the kids. Kala at such an young age showed that she's destined to be a rock star.
Oh my God! I am beyond ecstatic that I discovered all these videos from the O'Keefe foundation! Just a wealth of talent, incredible music and amazing beauty. Music is the gift that brings us all together.
All of these kids are amazing and it's so good to see someone working with them at such a young age to pull all the talent together. Kala just brings chills to me to hear and watch her sing. She has a remarkable voice and presence that most adults don't even have... The amount of emotion she exudes is intense... Keep up the good work!
