Welcome back! Here is a quick edit of our time in uptown Charlotte. I wanted to explore the city with Saint and expose him to a different environment. I found my way near CPCC and took Little Sugar Creek Greenway to Freedom Park. Unfortunately, the greenway was under construction, so we detoured and cruised around the City. Although this was a fun experience, parents should be cautious when using dedicated bike lanes with their kids. We had several instances where people ran red lights or were oblivious to their surroundings. Based on this recent experience, I will stick to greenways and bike trails when riding with my son.
