@Aaron and how did it get to stage IV without anyone noticing is a question you might also consider. Cancers can grow very quickly, faster than people may realize, but many cancers that reach late stage have remained undetected until too late because people avoided regular health checks. Universal Healthcare would pay for checkups that help people avoid many cancers getting to late stage.
