My 43-year old daughter bought me a pre-owned RAV 5 years ago. My 2007 pickup kept having problems and she wanted me to have reliable transportation for work. I was as shocked as this dad. Way to go kids 👏🏼😊

I don't know these people, but the father was a super hero. I can remember the late 70s when it was hard for my father to find a Job, and he had to take what he could get to keep money coming in. I'm Glad me and my siblings loved our parents when we had them. This is a moment they will never forget. And I'm sure their father will brag about the gift of this car to anyone who will listen, as he tells the story for the millionth time. Mine did. God Bless you all.. thanks for the memory.

The dad is such so humble and this has carried through to his kids. The letter alone meant everything to him and he even wanted to return the car because he doesn't want his kids in debt! Great dad who clearly deserves his awesome kids.. ❤
I feel the same as you, my husband died 8 months after I got diagnosed breast cancer. I lost everything. My son became a drug addict, and my daughter is a narcissist and doesn't care about me. I'm living on disability and don't have a car. It's bittersweet to see other parents with such great kids.

Definitely a skit. But the message is there. I just wish they had made it a tad bit more believable and not so "after school special." No man/father in any situation would procrastinate and elongate such a beautiful arrangement. Ntm the giant gold bow on the car behind them that he didn't see. But lovely message. People who are hand on parent or single hands on parents. Deserve to be appreciated, celebrate and recipucated. By their children most of all. Bc when the children are young. They really have no idea how much their parents sacrifice for them. They learn that later on in life. When they become adults and have a couple of children of their own. But I I'm all for family love, respect and appreciation of each other.
I’m sure it’s just a skit as well, but that message is so so strong, and brought tears to my eyes for a couple reasons just for the messages, and also remembering how my daddy raised me by himself alone from 8 years old to 19 after my momma passed away when I was eight years old, I know it was hard on him and he sacrificed a lot for me. I know he did, and this past August 21st I lost that man that I call my hero and I’m now 57 years old, and still very much a daddy‘s girl, is so hard not to talk to him every day like I did, but I know he’s around. He gives me signs that he’s near, I also know one day when I go home I’m gonna see him again and also my momma and I can’t wait for the day to get here, what a glorious day that will be

As a parent who lost my husband when our children were very young, I understand his reaction during the presentation. When you are used to dealing with one crisis after another, it is hard to relax and enjoy the process. How wonderful of his children to show their appreciation and love. I hope he enjoys the gift as much as they enjoyed giving it.
He so deserved that gift. I thought it was so awesome he was worried about his kids buying it for him and if they could afford it. He worked so hard for his kids that is a real dad to me doing what ever he can to give his kids the best life.

Look how much they love their Dad . They were brought up knowing what they were. Dad had sacrificed for them and giving them everything that they needed worked three jobs and now their children paid it back and got their dad a car so he would never have to take a bus again so these children were brought up with respect and understanding about money, and how it works.
