My grandma always wraps her presents in food boxes. When she gave me my favorite pair of earrings, they were wrapped in a coffee box. My clothes were in a dominoes pizza box. She just really likes pranking us.

Man, when I was a kid, I was the opposite. I always try to be grateful for what I get, and when I was 5, I wanted these Bumble slippers, and on Christmas day, I opened up a box of Cheerios. So I said "Thank you so much, this is my favorite cereal!" And mom and dad told me to open it, and inside were the Bumble slippers. Ah, good times.

When I got macaroons for Christmas I was SCREAMING cause I was so happy too finally try some REAL macaroons-

I found the Christmas presents when we were little and my younger brother thought it would be a good idea to tell dad he knew what he was getting. Come Christmas morning he had nothing under the tree. He cried the whole day while my sister and I played with our toys. We still laugh about it every year. He did get his gifts later in the day

My cousin got a dress from our other cousins and they ask her if she didn’t like dresses. And I kid you not she said, “I like dresses, just not ugly dresses.” And throws the dress back at them and I was ready to fight this little girl for being so ungrateful

Today my brother got a DS game inside an allergy medicine box. Before he opened the box he said “ this is not what I was expecting” Then, he opened the box and found Pokémon white inside. (He’s 15 and he was seriously okay with getting allergy medicine for Christmas. I’m glad it wasn’t allergy medicine or I would have yelled at my parents)

I am 17 and I dont have a phone. Kids must get more grateful. I was grateful when I got food. Most of the time that is what I got.

one time, I got a carrot for Christmas and said, "that's all? like, I thought you would be getting me a lap top or something..." then my grandma yelled across the room, "well, stop being an ungreatfull brat! back in my day, we didn't have phones or lap tops. we didn't even get pocket money! for Christmas, all we got were a slice of orange and a sugar cube."

Every time I buy a video game my Mom and Dad say use that money to buy food. Then when I buy food my Mom and Dad say to save it up. Then when i save it up they say use that money to buy clothes. When I buy clothes they say WHY ARE U WASTING MONEY YOU IDIOT. Then at that point I have up with money and ask my mom and dad to buy me stuff Like if this is you too😂
