I always liked to play Patience because it’s usually a challenge to achieve Patience 4 on both students. My current favorite is a Renfri Vampire list with Morvudd. Opponents might be able to remove Regis or Morvudd, but only few list have two tall removals at the end of a game.
yeah, but the argument presented in the video is, if your opponent keep removal for Kiera, he can't stop the growth of your students and if he stop the growth of your students, then Kiera destroy him. I kinda like the deck that swarm the opponent with engine, saying "yeah, you can stop a few of my engine but my deck is full of those and you can't stop them all" (like the golden nekker ST deck with all the movement)
I am not sold on Falibor. It's a gold tridam and you end up over killing things alot with no benefit for it while playing super tall in a meta filled with tall punish 😅 Better than it was? Yes Good? I'm not sold yet
@@yungjebuzx6700 makes sense! I definitely don't mean to say don't play and enjoy it. I'm always happy to see different lists! Just isn't for me. Keep up the good work 💪💪
It's actually in a brilliant spot. The Devs are still here this year and we have new cards in a month. New progression modes and great deck variety! 100% worth jumping back in!
Thank for the video and banger deck. Definitly going to try it. I am grinding cycle missions with monsters, syndicate and tactical nuke bear which does great against symbiosis and some decks with new/reworked cards. Fix for equinox might be capping it like gord to for example 8-10 or counting only unique cards like flaminica. Provision nerf wont be probably enough. EDIT: First like, thats new achivement. Keep up the good work and enjoy sanctuary.
Really like the unique nature cards change, but even in that case it would need to be 6-7p. It bewilders me that the devs will release an unconditional 12 for 5p bronze that can be replayed up to 12 times in some games
I know what you mean, but her ceiling is SO HIGH that honestly I think it's very much a risk/reward card rather than a midrange value card like Gerhart.
It should beat it hands down. Symbiosis had lots of points but it's greedy and can't stop the students growing..it's what j was hoping to face honestly
Haha don't worry, if you're facing this a lot play enslave 6 with assimilate. You are better at alumni than they are. They should leave before the first card arrives 😅
Here I thought cultist and reavers were toxic, but mages are so much worse 😂 just played a game where I had 4 alumni with 19 boost and two students, one with 19 boost and one with 5. plus a ban ard with 9 damage. I had 120+ points before clicking them 😂 I mean come on! Mages are toxic! If they don't get stopped they just dominante the field.
@@DennisJeppesenI don't understand why the mage card that lets u reactivate any order abilities that are used in the same turn she gets deployed isn't a go to for patience. Bcuz I basically have wat u have from my students/alumni except i also get to use them twice, and it maxes out the patience guy that builds patience to cast stronger spells in one turn But the nastiness is when u build the green dress mage up that raises everyone's patience, get it high then use it, then use any and every student/alumni, then drop the blue dress mage that refreshes orders, next turn use the green dress mage again, and then on the next turn all ur mages will have around 30 patience and u can also have other cards in the mix that benefit and really get crazy stuff going, my current best is 347 points in a round
@@dr.evil2some847 you are talking about tissaia she makes you refresh all your order ability all allied mages, she can be great! But most only use her for meditating meme deck, cause she is slow and easily answered. The other one is Leticia the "must" have mage, cause she double the valued of all mages but like all mages she needs to stick on the board for at least 3 turns for getting ok value. When you play with tissaia and go for points my max is 800 something ( once again why I stick by mages are one of the strongest deck it just takes practice) but I have not seen more than maybe 1 or 2 that play with tissaia as actually tactic card.
@@dr.evil2some847 but to directly answer your question, tissaia isn't a go to card because she can get answered to easily and is expensive in provisions. But I'm with you she should be played a lot more cause when she works she is worth her provisions. But another problem is she refresh all allied mages order, which mean they have to be on the board! And often people quickly answer them so when you play her there are maybe 2 mages that gets value from her and then she is not worth the provision.
Any control deck hard counters this honestly. If you deny the students early the deck falls apart. Skellige warriors is one of many. Also super greedy things like cultists likely do too.
@@LionHartCards thank you so much for the advice also why assimilate deck is weak in this update i played about 40 matches with it and i bearly won 10 matches
@@thh8985 it's be such a massive buff to do that by comparison. A single winch a turn after playing allows her to instantly play again. Would be way too good for me, even if it cost more 🤔
@@LionHartCards Even in a Shani and Raffard‘s list I never play Winch because I don’t have a spot for it. Also usually you play Raffard‘s in round one and I expect that it will be removed. Same with Shani in round two or three. And than Winch is a dead card. In a Henselt/machine list it’s a different story but this is currently weak.
I thpught he was good, but then... mocking 2nd game opponent for "taking forever in a turn" He forgot, he also taking forever. Imagine this kind of player playing in hearthstone/ mtg.... He cant decide to play ONLY 1 card to play in gwent.😂 dumb mocking other for dumb
