Great he wanted to try something different,.you need it in a bottle to build the pressure up ( I think) to get the rockets, or a few mentos at the same time to get the fountain, I remember doing this in the 80s by accident, I was about 6 and dropped a liquorice tornado in a can by accident, and remember it fizzing all over the place (nothing like the RU-vid videos of mentos, but similar) loved the family experiments 👍
