I live in Australia and am obsessed with Kikki k. We have stores everywhere so its so hard not to go in and see something you want. I have most of the items you showed and the exact planner but in the medium size. Ive been into decorating and planning lately. LOVE! LOL

Also I just thought I'd mention that right now (January 2015) Kikki K has this planner (and the medium size) on sale for $40.00 right now. The small is on sale for $30. The other design (a light blue) is also on sale - but still slightly more than this design ($55 for the large size). In case anyone is interested!

I have to admit that is the cutest planner I've ever seen. But I could never justify that much money on a planner even if it is reusable. Arc system is definitely a cheaper alternative and reusable.
