Kilawing Tanigue is a Filipino dish wherein cubed fresh Tanigue is mixed with vinegar, lime or calamansi until the fish is gradually cooked by the vinegar or citrus juice. It is considered as appetizer in the Philippines- it is also popular as "pulutan" among many beer-loving individuals.
