Love the videos! The kill cliff challenge has been fun to watch. Here’s an idea for punishment: 100 walking lunges with vest. Every 10 lunges stop and do air squats. After the first 10 lunges, 5 air squats. After the next 10 lunges, up the squats to 10. Keep adding 5 squats every time.

Forces guys are the craziest! I have an ex-marine friend who told me the challenge they did in barracks . . . 9 mile run, they mapped it out that roughly every mile, they had to down a pint of beer in the pub/bar and make their way to the next (8 pubs/bars in total). The 1st man who downed his pint in the last pub was the winner!! Crazy!! That's British Nutjob Marines for you!!

Great video. I was going to ask for a favor. My older brother was diagnosed with cancer of Friday, and I love the concept of Murph, or as you say, doing a workout for someone else. Could you write up a workout to honor him. I want to get our friends together and do the workout together. His name is Erick, he is 35 years old. I want a workout that’s challenging and long (30 minutes for us mortals...) that you don’t need much equipment for, something that no matter how hard, it will still be easier than what those with cancer go through.
I have an echo, love the thing. Heres some good ones for you. 1x50 cal 90 sec rest 2x40 cal 75 sec rest 3x30 cal 60 sec rest 4x20 cal 45 sec rest 5x10. And then work your way back up if you wanna pass out 8 rounds of 25 cal echo 8-150lb sandbag over shoulder 150lb sandbag carry *pick a distance For Time- 300 double unders (zeus rope) *Weighted if possible 150 cal echo
