Kill Devil Hills Accessible Beach 

This segment highlights the William "Bill" Pitt Accessible beach, which is located at the Ocean Bay Boulevard Beach Bathhouse, 103 South Virginia Dare Trail, in Kill Devil Hills. The project, with a contribution from the North Banks Rotary Club, established the first wheelchair accessible beach access in the town, and was named in memory of former Commissioner Bill Pitt.
