We want bullies, thugs and dictators to be dealt with, but understand military action can sometimes be very messy. In this episode of Defence in Depth, Dominic Nicholls, The Telegraph’s associate editor, analyses the practice of targeted killings, assassinations, so-called ‘kill lists’ and their need for accuracy and discretion.
