I did just to get the EMP emblem. Same goes for every kill streak. I pretty much only set them to complete the challenges. My main killstreaks were either predator missile - harrier - chopper gunner or harrier - chopper gunner - nuke
@@DatBoi-mo9vc true. Remember the UAV hack? iMob? Like a couple years after black ops came out, mw2 got ruined by hackers. Then you had no choice but to use UAV and wall hack
@@MegaJared2 WAW got ruined pretty quickly by hackers too. So many invincible, flying, and text spammers when the console game didn't even have a way to send text messages (support in the client is still there from the PC game though).
@@Gideon_Judges6 yea, i still to this day wish i could play so waw online. When it first became backward compatible on Xbox one i downloaded it and was able to find a couple matches but they were filled with mod menus. Ngl tho a few years after waw was already ruined by hackers i started modding public zombie matches using this program on my computer called "modio 3" lol. It was pretty badass. But I was never that asshole that modded online multiplayer. I only used the iMob (UAV and Wall hack) hack on MW2 because everyone else was using it
I always went for EMP because I wasn't good enough to get nukes so I'd use pred missile, harrier, and EMP lol. Still super satisfying to get one even though it was the poor man's nuke.
The memories and the feels. I was in middle school playing MW2 now im actually in the U.S Army as a 13B. Times go by fast and MW2 will always be my favorite COD game.
Absolutely none of these killstreaks were worth while. They wouldn't be neglected If they were. Precision Airstrike: you can get a Harrier for just one more kill, so why bother? Attack Helicopter: completely butchered from it's COD4 counterpart. I don't know what they did but it barely freaking shoots anyone. Would you rather get 7 kills for that, or get 7 kills for what is essentially an airstrike and more powerful helicopter combined? Obvious choice. Stealth Bomber: could potentially wreak havoc but only if you placed it right. Otherwise you might only score 2 kills, or even none at all. So not worth 9 kills when you can get a Pave Low instead. Every single player back in the day was basically using one of three popular killstreak combinations for a reason. Mw2's killstreak selection was full of a lot of redundant, or just underpowered streaks with a select few ridiculously powerful ones that completely outclassed the rest. Really questionable balancing, like so much of the rest of the game.
I used to run Sentry Gun all the time, holding on my first sentry till a got a second one, then put them together on a spot like favela's roof or at a crossroad, 20 kills easy since in MW2 the sentry gun was the most powerfull iteration of the killstreak in any version of Call of Duty.

I think what you said about the sentry gun is about perfect for why no one uses it. It comes in a care package. It really sucks that it does that since not only does it not count towards your streaks but it can also be stolen. It's not a bad streak when you put it in the right spot but the cona outweigh the pros in this case.

When MW2 came out my best friend and I played until we got to prestige 10, always pushing each other to get nukes and get to highest prestige first. He died 4 days ago... idk how I feel about this game now. Some part of me never wants to forget it and at the same time another part of me does...anyway, sorry Fortunate lmao don't mean to drag your comment section down or put this shit on you hahaha. I guess what I'm saying is, thanks for the content and keeping MW2 alive somewhere. Always loved your vids and now watching them means even more to me.
Love the vids man, I enjoy seeing classic cod content. You should party up with some people and all use riot shields with sentry guns, that would be very entertaining.
I saw sentry gun used a shitload in MW2 back in its hayday. Just about every kill streak was used. The only one I never saw used was emergency supply drop because half the time it would put the drops in places you can't get to.
When I used the stealth bomber for the first time I got it from a care package in free for all on Highrise. I sent it over the middle and got 4 kills. Since that moment I always loved to use it. When I learned how to solve the Rubix cube back in 2011 I remember there was a pattern looking like the stealth bomber when completing the yellow side of the cube. What a wonderful time that was
On Highrise running the Sentry Gun as a killsteak with Hardline is lowkey OP as hell if you're able to always keep a Sentry Gun overlooking the enemy spawn from mid. Spawn kills 4 daez
Stealth Bomber was great for bigger games, I'd normally get 5+ kills easy. I also loved running the EMP and waiting for a bunch of people to have their big streaks running and instantly kill them all.
The attack chopper was on BO1 too just it was called a Cobra. And you got to decide the area you wanted it patrol AND it was extremely good. Mine would actually rip people apart.

I mostly used emp to mess up with people, cause most of the time nukes were easy to get with tubin on domination/tdm with 9v9. So i used the emp to counter it for people who tried.. easy to get. Missle strike -> harrier -> emp
I just got mw2, I tried playing the mw2 multiplayer on my Xbox 1 and it seems like nobody’s online? Is that true it just keeps searching for a good game but it says 0/50

Stealth bomber was best with harrier. Send in the Harrier, everyone starts shooting it, drop the stealth on the red dots. Might even save your harrier from being shot down for another 10 seconds or so, too.
I remember back when everyone was experimenting what the best nuke set up was, one dude swore by the stealth bomber. Yeaaaaa nonetheless I rarely saw it.
