I can take or leave Big Jay’s comedy. Nothing against it, it just isn’t in my wheelhouse. But I am forever a fan of his because of his actions in this instance. The smooth shift to Dom’s seat was such a boss move. He was the real bouncer in that situation. Horrible of Tony not to to call out Jay on the spot. Granted, Tony may not have been totally aware of how in control Jay was, though. But that is on Tony. This is HIS show. He should know more about what is going on than his guests.

Tray Thompson at the start was great. Tony and the others don't give some people much credit sometimes if they don't like them. I think Tray could do a better minute than Tony and some of the others sitting up there.
These earlier shows had such better comedians. Who unfortunately just came on the show too soon to get the credit for it. Seems like now soo many first timers and bombs get called up because of the show's larger following. That when someone decent performs, they get a much stronger reaction. As opposed to these earlier episodes, when actual practicing comedians knew about it and signed up. I catch myself genuinely laughing at the comedians on these episodes more than just getting laughs from the panel, like i do now.. Just sayin lol
It's kind of hard to watch kill Tony cuz a lot of the advice they give is stupid b******* trying to engineer all the comedians to be the same way and all I can do is think of examples of comedians who don't follow their rules and are amazing so it really distracts me from the comedy.
It's kind of unfortunate for any comedian to come out and get the crowd laughing in one minute, especially after a previous comedian just bombed. The atmosphere almost influences you to laugh at the comic not with them.
21min in and this is an extremely awkward episode, like more than usual. Tony wasn't used to being around truly normal human beings who don't consume their minds with sex and sensuality like 100% of their lives (show being based in West Hollywood, California at the time) This was a tough one, I can't lie
