This video has had such a great impact on my life. I found it 4 years ago when I was 14 and my dream was to go to Cambridge. It kept me pushing through hardships and exams. . 4 years later, I am now in my first year at Cambridge and I keep coming back to this video when life knocks me down. This video helps me keep going. My dream is to become a film director one day. I hope that I can come back here in a few years and see how far I've come in achieving yet another dream.

Because of being A recovering addict, A widow, A mother who lost two children and several close friends all I know is hard. Now that I'm clean with A sober mind my successes are hard and well earned plus I work just as hard as I did getting A fix but now the fix is my family, my career and my job the big difference are the continuous good feeling I receive from every direction coming and going!
Motivation can be that powerful spark to ignite change, but it often needs a partner....discipline. It's like a one-two punch - motivation gets us started, but discipline keeps us going, even when the initial excitement wanes.
There’s a video like this I heard while running. I think it was with Goggins and the interviewer made two points. One was something is friend of the interviewer said. The second was something Nietzche said. Something about living for the hard moments in life, because without purposeful suffering, we will crumble to the suffering that is beyond our control. Live for hard times. I wish I could find that clip. Cos it really hit home. I will suffer on purpose. So when the bad times come, I’ll be more prepared to deal with them.
I am glad l came across this video. My anxiety has been spiking up so bad this year to a point that l have performed so poorly in Term 1. I am tired of losing. I am trying by all means to push myself to a certain extent. I believe that l have the power to turn things around in this term , Term 2. I want to do better. I hope someday l will come back and comment about how l have changed from performing poorly to doing exceptionally well. I will come back. Watch the space.

Am in highschool and again in boarding school when am at school there is no distractions so I usually work hard and try to do my best but ......at home during holidays am the laziest Person 😢 and go back with undone assignment and I hate this the struggle is too hard

I am 29 way behind my friends repeatedly making wrong choices choosing easier path.. I feel like quitting it all but still want to push forward..don't want to be stagnant
