I'm a 17 year old, 5'8, 120 pound girl, who has trying to gain muscle weight for four years My monster is the monster of "What will this person think of me." It's taken me four years to come to the point of slaying that monster and reminding myself that I shouldn't care It's not that person's body It's mine. This is who I want to be, This is what I want to look like. And I'm so sick and tired of putting of the happiness of being who I want to be, to make other people comfortable. You may have a different monster then I do, but I implore you, don't worry about other people, or their comments. Worry about, the smile on your own face when you look in the mirror and realize youre exactly who you want to be. 💖
