Are you talking about his Legion of Doom line up when Grodd is the leader, or when factions split between Luther Vs Grodd? Outside of Grodd, Luther, Black Manta, and Toyman nobody seems crazy smart. I know Luther's original team had Ultra Humanite, but I don't think he came back after his betrayal.

Hawkgirl is definitely the type to ignore the no-kill rule. She's like Wonder Woman: killing isn't the DEFAULT position, but she won't lose sleep over it.

To be fair most of the characters that were frozen like that were implied dead, with the exception of Martian Manhunter and Clayface that aren't bound by human physiology, and Green Arrow that is shown not to be fully frozen.

That just means she lives up to her name.

@@temari3008 tbh, sub zero defeated goro and kintaro, as a cyborg, he more durable as shown in the comics, he's smarter in or out from battle, being a ninja, he's clearly faster and more agile, and more versatile, he even break diamond, with his bare hands, and diamonds are harder than ice
