Dear Killerbody: I sincerely hope your marketing team can answer people’s questions under this thread regarding detailed setup on the rigs shown in video, if you want to sell more products. I own a TRX-4 324mm wheelbase and LC70 body NATO green made for TRX-4. Mounting the chassis to the body is tricky and there are many ways to do that considering the flavors and body height. Looking at the schematics of your LC70 kits for 313 and 324 wheelbase, I can tell the bodies are exactly the same part number but there are cut on the 324mm kit on wheel arch which might accommodate that extra 12mm of wheelbase to make it look right with wheels better centered at the wheel arches. TRX-4 has portals which naturally result in a wider gap between the tire and the wheel arch, compared to scx10 ii which uses normal axles if both are mounted with the same height of metal brackets. In this video, the chassis looks like scx10 ii but after looking closely in numerous reverse and forward, I can tell it is not scx10 ii because the pumpkin looks different and the steering link is also different. Then I guess it might be a different chassis though. All in all there are too many details that we RC fans would like to know well before throwing money on something. I watched many Killerbody LC70 videos on RU-vid and to be honest there are very few detailed explanations on the compatibility of body, chassis, struts, riding height tuneup. Some OP just ignored people’s questions or provide very vague information for us to speculate. As a company, you guys can do a much better job marketing your product line over here to make them more popular. Thanks
Thats what they want. They want us to not just pay the price but also crack our heads on mounting them properly with nice fitment. The wheel size also😂 sometimes it look good on 1.55 sometimes it also look good on 1.9 but wit skinny tyres😂
Wow now that's how Suspension should look when someone's trying to make a scale video Great job.I get that look with a 1:24 by adding lead weights to the body That way the body and chassis stabilize causing the suspension to completely flex Until suspension has maxed then the body will move. Thanks for taking the time to share that video.
Im interested in the roof rack you used and the rear bumper as well as the front one, it kinda looks different to the killer body one they sell, but could be wrong, I have looked at the brackets you need to attach the KB arb bumper, but cannot work out what type to get if using 1.9 106mm / class 1 tyres on it
Great movie. Buyed two ligth units from killerbody and followed the instructionsmanual, but dont work. Ritten with your support and they could not help, even i recomented you made a youtube movie about setting it up. So maby you could do it? Thanks again and great products (except the ligth sets) 😉
