It’s an automatic to plead not guilty if you want a fair court hearing and trial. No one gets caught and automatically pleads guilty. Pleading not guilty means you’re gonna get a plea deal, and your time with the judge and jury. As Americans, we’re promised that. You’d be booboo the fool to not take that opportunity.

Psychopathy is a necessary trait in society. You'd be surprised how many psychopaths have normal jobs & have never committed a crime. Criminals should be in prison. But it's dangerous & ignorant to say psychopaths should be in prison solely for having Psychopathy

"Certain folks" never, never, never take responsibility for their actions. It's always someone else's fault. "Oh, I have a learning disability" "I axed for mental health help." etc. Despite going in and out of prison multiple times and having a rap sheet as long as your arm, somehow when the finally kill someone they still blame someone/something else. It's nauseating.
@0creativity0
@0creativity0 8 месяцев назад
Yeah but I mean sometimes there really is something behind it. People don't just kill people because why not, most of the time. If these issues were treated in the first place things would be so much easier, and that only goes to show how much we dismiss peoples' issues. Now obviously there ARE exceptions but in general it has a source
@leondraw1766

People who plead guilty to murder or any violent crimes, they should shut their mouth because if you start back talking the judge your going to not be in their favor, they will pry out every drop of years they can get you. I used to live in a very very small town in North Dakota, I’m talking there’s maybe 120 people in the “town” i lived in. I remember vividly in the mid 90s when I was 15 years old and my mother had to go to court for her arraignment on writing a bad check on accident. While there, since it was a one room court house we got to witness a part of a murder trial. Mind you again less than like 120 people total in this town. The only kind of security in the courtroom was the singular bailiff next to the judge, and not even a cop but it was a security guard between the prosecutor and the defendant. The victim’s sister read out an impact statement and the alleged killer smiled the whole time until that girl looked at him and that made her cry pretty bad. Father of the little girl slain and the girl at the stand crying went bananas as a father should. The bailiff and the security guard let this father beat the shit out of this defendant for like 2 minutes before he got tired enough he was able to be pulled off. He wrecked this guy and wasn’t even charged with contempt lol. The judge being the total badass he is said sir you’re lucky it’s not me and every other father jumping this railing and doing the same thing. Everyone knew each other essentially so when this big murder happened to such a sweet and innocent little girl, everyone was outraged and angry.
