I think you need to focus more on Customer Service, I own a few KS products and times I've sent emails asking about a product and not had replies for 4+ days, sometimes no reply at all. The last email I sent over a week ago hasn't had a reply. I love all my KS products, they are made great and the design is amazing but if the customer relation isn't good it makes me not want to buy any more.
