This is the version of the song I'll listen to the most from now on. The added bass to the guitar makes the palm muted chugs chunkier and more metallic and there's a bigger atmosphere to this song now. It actually reminds me how the song felt in the Burnout Paradise mix while playing with the sound effects on as well, but heavier. Nice work! And I don't mind you used the clean version, I like both versions.

The 2009 album desperately needs this treatment.

Holy crap, this is amazing! I love how you can still hear some of the screaming vocals from the album version underneath the clean vocals. You even kept the outro without fading out! From one audio engineer to another, you killed it my dude 🤘

This remaster is so good. Hilariously I have this version of the song because I ripped it from Guitar Hero 3. The only thing I have a small gripe is that this one cuts out instead of the fade out in it's entirety. Regardless, this is the DEFINITIVE version of My Curse and is my all time favorite song.

This song is so beautiful and passionate, I love metal like this, it's hopeful and inspiring, presenting a good message whereas most metal bands just sing about death and whatever else while attempting to make the 'hardest' song. If you listen to the lyrics of My Curse you can see how heartfelt it is.

The Guitar Hero 3 version of this song did so much for people who want to tweak and remaster it. Thanks for this.

Although I loved the absolute heaviness of the original version, the distortion was overwhelming some parts of the lyrics. Especially toward the ending of a verse. This version not only made the instrumental resonate more crispier, the lyrics also stand out more and disseminate incredible depth. From the countless times I’ve been hearing this song, what I thought to be inaudible noise all along revealed to be softly spoken words. If it weren’t for the creation of this remaster, I would’ve never known. Thank you very much.

This version has grown on me. At first, I didn't like that they changed it to clean vocals only, but I think it fits very well with the passion of the song. Also, all of the instruments sound much better in this version.

My Curse is one of those songs where I wish they didn't fade out the track. If a fadeout was supposed to happen no matter what, they should have played a few unfaded bars of the ending before starting the fade out. Thanks for taking the time to give this some love!

Overall pretty good. The cymbals peak out and finally are articulate. The bass is definitely there. The only problem is near the end where the harmonizing lead is buried in the mix. Kudos.

I never knew how good those end guitar riffs were, but thanks to this version I can hear them clearly. Made me like this song even more.

This is the version of the song I heard first because of my obsession with the game rockband. I never even knew there was an official version, thought maybe the game had exclusive rights. I’ve always liked this version better, especially since I can actually sing and hit the notes lol.

I was downloading songs to play on Clone Hero (fan-created remake of Guitar Hero) and wanted to replace the 'My Curse' version that the game originally had. Came across this remaster and now is the version i like the most, you nailed it.

I love this so much, but I think the only thing I would change is like mixing the clean vocal version and the original version like in some parts use the original and in other parts use the clean vocals. Other that that, I’ll be listening to this one from now on. 🤘🏻

I think I prefer the original lyrics still, but this is 100% better as far as the instrumental goes, especially the drums/ bass. Great song.
