Dr Kenny Brophy from the University of Glasgow reflects on his own programme of fieldwork at the rock art sites of Cochno Stone and West Dunbartonshire, and compares and contrasts these sites with the much better-known examples from Kilmartin Glen.
As part of this he will report on his research into the archives of the ‘godfather’ of rock art studies in Scotland, Ronald Morris, where there are unpublished revelations on some of the most famous rock art sites in Scotland.
