Now Weight is no more a scalar quantity ....& After 20 may it becomes a Vector because of implementation of Planck constant which is Universal Constant in definition of weight..... Hence, students of class 9th & 10th will not study the difference between Mass & Weight
No, I don't think so because like pressure is scalar being the ratio of two vectors. And if we consider mass as vector then in which direction. And the relation between mass and weights is still valid because we just changed the defination gravitational force still effect in mass.
@Chetan Prakash I don't consider Mass as a Vector quantity it still a Scalar , actually I am a little bit confused in the quantity of weight ....it is still a Vector ...but before this implementation we use Spring Balance to measure the weight....but now after introduction of Planck Constant E= hv which elaborates that Planck constant (denoted h, also called Planck's constant) is a physical constant that is the quantum of electromagnetic action, which relates the energy carried by a photon to its frequency. A photon's energy is equal to its frequency multiplied by the Planck constant. The Planck constant is of fundamental importance in quantum mechanics, and in metrology it is the basis for the definition of the kilogram......we replace the instrument Spring Balance.....& Either use Planck Constant or wait for new instrument based on Planck's one👍

But speed of light, and planks constant consists of the same units which were then measured using those alloys..... Means when we say, light can travel 2.99* 10^8 m/s, that m was already measured keeping the length of rod as reference. And now you are defining the meter using the speculated speed of light which is already imperfect..... Isn't it paradoxical?
