My frustration with Kim is that he continues to violate the law because he doesn’t agree with it. You have to sign for your probation or you’re violating it already. So all of the consequences are of his own making, no one else’s

Because he would never be able to return to count with his silly suits, and he deserves everything he gets, probebly more They should charge him $$ for every motion and hearing! Thank you Mike for telling Kim the reality of the situation. He can't ever admit he's wrong and that's what has him in this bind. He was found guilty by a jury. He received probation, which I did not agree with but I'm not a judge. He does all this to himself and then cries victim. The sad thing is, if something really does happen to him, I'm not sure anyone will believe the Blandino that cried wolf. I wish you would have ended that with the dance.

There is something inherently wrong when they can not see the incorrect things they have done. Like Kim Blandino and Darrell Brooks they never look to themselves for the actions that put them in jail. Because of this there will never be salvation for them. In my lifetime I have never looked to others to get me out of the result of my own actions.

Mike, I live in Las Vegas & actually just got off probation a couple months ago. I can tell you that probation here (since the whole COVID pandemic) is super easy. You really have to ruffle feathers or them to not like you to actually get locked up. I had a sus. sentence of 2-8 yrs. I’ve finished probation here easily & now I am free w/ all charges dropped & have a completely clean record as I was put on a diversion program. They really don’t want to put you in jail here at the time. Blabdino has obviously made enemies in the wrong places. He is simply just to stubborn & wrong by trying to be right.

No matter what he says, Blandino is more concerned about himself than the lady that he has been taking care of. Otherwise, he'd be doing what he needs to do to get out. I can't believe he's asking for funds to get an attorney - not a snowball's chance in H3ll I would give to someone who is so obviously a scofflaw. I thoroughly enjoy your posts. I'm an "armchair lawyer" and I know nothing about the law per se, but I've watched LOTS of court. I've also been in 2 law suits of my own. One was against a hospital for sending me home after I was involved in a roll over with a "sprained neck" which was actually a broken neck. They even took Xrays in which the break can be seen. I learned a LOT by going through a deposition that was horrible. I'm just fascinated with all of it. If I were younger, I'd go to school.

Here’s the thing…if he thinks it’s all wrong..he should do what they ask get out and then do a campaign to try to change what he thinks is wrong. Write letters, etc. he needs to get out and take care of his obligations. That lady is in jail too if she can’t take care of herself. He can do what he needs to try to change out side of jail.

"God just told me you need an attorney" is reminding me of a funny story I heard from a Philosophy Class: In a University lecture, the Philosopher said he can prove God does not exist. He claimed that if God existed, then in the next 10 minutes, he would come and punch him in the face. So the class waited...and waited...and waited...the lecturer shouted into the air a few times, and before the 10 minutes were up, a military vet got up from the lecture seatings and punched the guy in the face. Out of shock, no one said anything and the vet returned to his seat. The Philosopher eventually recovered and stood up, looking at this vet in shock and asking why he did that. The vet's response? "God was busy, he sent me instead." So hey, for all we know, God really did tell you Kim needs an attorney. I'll believe it 😂

God told me that you need an attorney. 🤣 🤣 🤣 I've been laughing for the last 5 minutes after hearing that. I can see that you really do care about this guy and what he does to himself is kind of heart breaking to see. The truth of the matter is that if he just settled down and behaved himself, people would likely contribute towards his defense. As it stands, nobody wants to waste money contributing to his fund, only to see him fire someone who might be able to help. This should be an interesting week. We have Kim's hearing set for Tuesday and the Brooks case might still be going then also. Looks like you have a full case load counselor!

Got out on Halloween (trick or treat ?) Was able to help many people in CCDC. One was served with custody complaint, helped him answer from jail so he could rejoin his daughter after a short prison term. Did other legal help for others. Some had never even seen a bible let alone read one. My immediate bunk mate (was in a 73 person dorm) had so may marks over his body from "shooting up" his whole life he was facinated in hearing the stories of Moses, Joseph, Esther etc. Hopefully these "seeds" will bear fruit. What an amazing experience. The Creator is amazing! Had I not stopped to warn a woman her passenger side light was out I never would have been sent to jail. "All things work for good for those that love the Lord" . I learned quite a lot and developed even more patience with God's help. May God Bless all. Call me Mike let's set up another interview.

Sadly KB does not see that with ALL the trouble he’s gotten himself into - all the judges he’s been in front of and ticked off- the attorneys he’s had who can’t stand him…there is ONE common denominator: HIM 🤷🏼‍♀️ It’s not rocket science. He is simply a silly, stubborn ole guy. If I just see him as silly, he’s more tolerable to listen to. 😂 I believe he loves the drama, and feeds on it. I believe he enjoys these legal games and wants them to continue. As for why? Who knows 😏

I absolutely don't believe it, after that last hearing going through every step making sure he understood it all, and now he didn't even say what he did to get him where he is now. Fascinating interview. It's just like Kim Blandino to call you without an agreed time/date, and then hold forth on his views. He's way off-base and in over his head, but he's going to keep digging. You did what you could to help him get out of the situation he's created for himself. He just can't stop himself. I think this is the story of his whole life against the legal system. I'm just glad that his ex-wife and children are no longer his primary targets as he tries to wield the legal system as a weapon.

That’s the problem with Kim Blandino right now, he’d rather be “right” (his idea of the law) then do what they ask to get out. He’s spent more time dancing with the courts over a traffic ticket (and went on from there to commit other infractions). Mr. Blandino, this isn’t right. Get out and take care of your friend. Stop trying to prove you’re right. In his world he has a strong idea of right, justified by the God of his understanding, and feels justified by that Higher Power to follow his own rules. Well he has that choice. But his way has gotten him nowhere.
