At age 19 I first heard Kim Burrell sing at E C Reems Womens Conference over 15 years ago and the anointing has mold and shaped her voice beyond measure. God is Amazing!
Burrell is a psalmist who moves seamlessly from performance into worship- all the while ministering. And, that raised 5th at 5:24-5:26 distinguishes a trained vocalist with impeccable command of timing and pitch. Indeed, we bear witness to the premier voice of our time.
Minus her nasty hateful disposition, Kim is my favorite vocalist alive today. She has complete control of her instrument and her tone is very pleasing to the ear. Her vocal dexterity is off the charts and we're gifted to be able to witness her absolute mastery of the art of singing. She's a legend at this point.
PURE ANOINTING! THERE IS A WORD IN WHAT SHE SINGS, I LOVE THAT SHE DOESN'T TRY TO SHOVE GOD DOWN YOUR THROAT LIKE SOME ARTIST. OUR BELIEFS SHOULDN'T BE FORCED.
Where is the clip of her singing "Let there Be Peace" that was recorded on this same broadcast? I've been looking for it in desparation! Do you have it? It is a classic.
HE let the spiirt die after kim ushered Him in.... CC tried to stop him by by saying "my God my God" but he wanted to cointue with the show. The old folks used to say that a man that kills the spirit hasnt been baptised and truely filled???? Then gone ask where do you go to learn how to sing like that.... Im lost....
