To me it seems to be critizing capitalism, I suspect the whole album is about it, criticizing the capitalists that consume everything to an extent they become consumed by it, including their own identity enough they no longer know themselves, it is symbolizing the collapse of dualism where one end is consumed by the other end like snake eating its own tail demonstrated in symbolism through sexual polarity like cross-dressing. And what happens when dualism collapses, it gives birth to an inner unified authority where all divisive lines of duality form into a triangle of trinity (time, space and consciousness) that has power over the physical reality and its body which exists only within duality realm (time and space, while consciousness as the authority used to be given out to outside establishments like religion, governments, etc). In my view this song could be interpreted as a look at the apocalyptic outcome of unrestrained capitalism that makes people lose the truth of who people are as a result of being prisoners of the materialistic world, these are the people that tend to attack marginalized people like LGBTQ who know their identity and are not lost like them, it exposes hypocrisy, that's also why transphobia and homophobia have been found to have roots in narcissism, no coincidence there, a narcissist does not know themselves, they are attracted to those who do in order to tear them down, because they hate people who deviate from homogenizing norms that keep everyone repressed by acting on their own true selves. These same people watch trans porn while the other day try to legislate trans folk out of existence. I am curous about the whole album as it will offer a bigger thematic picture. I love this song, it sends a message out there - "Fuck up the matrix and free the sheep". And I love that!!!
