THE COVER UP OF So-Called PLATINUM-BLONDE (last regrowth retouch incomplete)along with the new dark regrowth ( which for many years now; shadow box coloring. Which by the way, was renamed because women stopped high lighting their hair because of too many, then unwanted regrowrth again. Then along side $ came first instead professional,honestyand the word NO for it WILL damage badly!!!even more$.
