Some people may think that B.I. is too harsh or hard on the members but that's the point of being a leader. I think B.I. is probably one of best leaders I've seen so far for their generation. Also on top of him being a perfectionist, YG has very high standards when it comes to their artists which is why they're one of the most successful companies in kpop.
what people don't get is that Hanbin has to carry all the pressure on his shoulders. If their moves are not sharp enough, if one member is falling behind, if iKON all together is not doing well enough, YG will be on HIS back before anyone elses.
without him there will be no IKON.. he is the main foundation of the group with the help of BOBBY and JINHWAN ofcourse. But we cant deny that B.I is one of the many reasons why there is IKON. he produce/write/compose songs even before debuting thats why they gain all the attention and fans before debut.. he also do the choreography.. I admire him so much as a fan and as a person. So hardworking and responsible!♡soMuchLoveforIKON!!!
Now i'm curious if hanbin is the one who make the choreo of Love Scenario and the rest of their songs. Hahahaha! I mean if he produce the choreo by himself or maybe with jinhwan and the other members or there is someone who teach them the choreo.
@@angelmontefalco6282 DK and Binie made the choreo they've been actually doing their own choreo with of course some collab or references from international choreographers but their latest Comebacks he mentioned that DongHyuki's incharge and he helps with his inputs too but now it's mainly DK that's why their choreos we're mostly lyrical which suits them perfectly..

He may be young He may be less experience He may be a boy He may be a rising star But when it comes to be a leader, he's just as mature and as great as any other older leader For me, he is the 2nd great after GD despite his age.
People need to realise that for B.I to be this strict with his members, he needs to be extra strict with himself too. Who would follow a leader who slacks on himself while being picky on others? If anything, he's the type to never show pain or sadness to his members. He is leading a perfect example for others to follow suit. This is why he's a great leader.

B.I the genius 🌟 ,they called him "the next GD" ,he was so talented from his teenage yrs he was writtingn songs.. co wrote or compsed most of ikon's songs to their choreograph ,he even wrote for Winner's and Blackpink's debut song and number of songs for Psy ,Epik High, Lee Hi ,all of the songs were hit songs!! And after coming back as a soloist again with a beautiful songs like- lost at sea,stay, waterfall, cosmos illa illa , nineteen ,midnight blue to many more to his recent new song out BTBT which is bop🔥🔥

there is a reason why most groups have a leader. each leader works differently, but they lead in a way that best suits the team. b.i is really smart. he was so scary with hongseok when he said "you think it's unfair right?" and when hongseok replied no b.i said "i wish you were able to say it was unfair that i was wrong" (something a long those lines)... mothers learn from him! i bet b.i would always be able to guilt trip and have the last word

This is the proof that YG wasted such a talented artist, he didn't protect him. This kind of talented artist should be protected. I wish hanbin would comeback soon. I really miss him, that's why I'm watching every moments he had.
I think YG know what will coming to him and seungri after B.I scandal, even YG and seungri also leave YGent at that time how could he can protect B.I, and i think at that point B.I make a right decision, cause it's about his group image too, iKON not as big as bigbang yet, like TOP and GD get drugs scandal too but they're huge famous so it's not impact for them, i think like this but i still cry for hanbin leave, i feel frustrated can't do anything, even their company can't do anything.

And YG knows people will blame him because he is the main producer, i know it's a big loss for him cuz he said in the past B.i is one of his gem in YG so i guess his decision to put down being the main producer makes him responsible on what happened. And i feel their sincerity cuz everytime during investigation they always present and face it. I love when he's in leader mode tbh. Tbh, B.I have a leadership things because he is the eldest son in his family. First son/daughter tend to do so without they realising it. Same thing goes to me. Thats why he could carried the leader responbility in a very young age. I like his way though.
neno nina Hanbyul was born in 2011 and Hanbin become YG trainee in 2011 3 Jan. So he was the only child. He becomes a leader of Triple Kim naturally cuz since the beginning he taught the team to dance, etc.

Even the hyungs are afraid of him, well it is not only the responsibility of the leader but of the members as well to perform such tasks. Hanbin has a lot of workloads on his shoulders the least thing the members can do is follow and obey him during practice.
By the time Mix and Match came he was shooting for SMTM too and had to produce the stages. He was under a lot of pressure and had a breakdown. Even though Bobby is older he did say Hanbin is more like the Hyung & #1 rule they have is to follow the leader.

If I were in a team or group, I'd want a leader like B.I. He does this for his members. His leadership ensures success. Even if they fail, somehow it seems like they've still won. Because they have Hanbin, they will always have the glue that holds iKON together. Along with the hard work of Jinhwan, Junhoe, Bobby, Chanwoo, Yunhyeong, and Donghyuck, iKON will always be successful. There's really nothing they can't do.
I honestly love this TigerBin look. I fell in love with him because of his personality. This may look like he's rude to others but I do understand him why he was like that. And some may misunderstood him for that. He's real though.
Hanbin has also been writing songs everyday. And choreographs their dances during the trainee days. Even before he trains the members, he’s already memorized the choreo. He leads by example. He’s the first to train and last to go home.
I miss him.... he is really a great leader, he is able to be all chill in daily life but strict in practice. That’s why all members respect him and no one seemed offended or anything. They know Hanbin is not a mean person and they know Hanbin is doing everything for the team. If there wasn’t Hanbin they might not be so good. I really can’t believe we have to live with a iKON without him...,
He reminded me of Sungkyu from Infinite. He is very strict with his members which is why they are very synchronize and their live singing is amazing. Ikon is very lucky to have Hanbin as their leader.
At 5:21 it’s kinda funny that the 2 main vocalists were the first ones to finish the choreo for mtbd.😂 one of the main reasons why I love iKon is that the vocalists can be considered main dancers as well and vice versa 😂❤️

I guess he's not the oldest but look how his hyungs respected him. In other groups most of the complain I heard was about the problem of boundaries between hyungs and being the younger leader.
Definitely one of the best leaders out there 😍. He always looks out and cares for his members, he is a perfectionist and I love how he leads the group. As the members say, they won't be ikon now without the help of BI. I'm so proud that he could lead a group at a young age. Even Heoseok (Pentagon) said that he wouldn't be here if not for BI. Literally watched this video of Hanbin because of losing motivation and interest in studying. After watching this, I seriously finished all my assignments in less than an hour! His power!

My head would have been blown into pieces if i were in hanbin's shoes! Leading, teaching, creating... he stayed until the last member he was entrustedd with could master the dance! me too is a perfectionist when it comes to group assignment. when u gotta tell ur group members to do their task, tell em wth they supposed to do, correcting their mistakes, yelling (sometimes) & ended up u doing most of the works. jeez its hard but gotta do it tho. we're in the same boat but different cabin, hanbin (lol thats rhymed) AHHH UNI LIFE STRESSED ME OUT
I really love both sides of him: child-like Hanbin and charisma leader B.I. If he is just one side, I wouldn’t have loved him this much. Out of practice room, he is one dorky childish squishy cutie sweet potato. And then boom with responsibility, he becomes tiger Bin that gains everyone’s respect including iKON members and us iKONIC. I first noticed him when he appeared in MC Mong’s “Indian Boy” as a kid rapper and simply thought “oh cool”. But that’s it. Then I watched WIN and saw hin again. That time he’s transformed into Charisma leader - Tiger teacher B.I, but don’t forget the dorky side of him when they played around with Winner or themselves. That’s when I realize just how muuuuuuuch I want to know more about this talented guy. I fall hard.
