He is a Rap God, and he is very emotional but hates to show it when he is sad. I learned that he often doesnt go home, he spends so much time in the studio that he ends up sleeping there most of the time. I learned that he gives his all in everything he does. I learned that he is an amazing leader, and even though he messes up sometimes he tries so hard everyday. So I love him and admire him for everything he has. and everything he doesnt. I really like hongjoong as a leader. He is really different from other K-pop leaders out there, he seems stricter than most but also more approachable and down to earth than them. He doesn’t mind being laughed at and would even joke around with the members by sacrificing his own pride and dignity. His leadership style is really cool - he lets members have fun but at the same time when it’s time to be serious he expects everybody to put in their 100% effort and discipline them as needed. From what members have said, he is also very motivational and encourage them to do more and be more confident. I really think he is one of the best K-pop leaders out there
