I appreciate Kim Huat for bringing up the analogy of Enciks with regard to the Covid situation. During my army days, the Enciks are very well-respected for their walk-the-talk principles. They displayed no-nonsense attitude but are yet close to hearts of subordinates under them. They may not have better education credentials than the commissioned officers but their character and courage go above all else.

If you want to be safe you should go to Taiwan and Hong-Kong. Taiwan is gearing up to vote for 罢韩，so they are safe 🤥. Hong-Kong parliament zero social distancing, lots of bodies contact, so they are safe🤥. For Singapore we just need to stay safe and hope that CCB regulations will be loosen up gradually.
