Kim and her sisters never look comfortable..they are always fixing and looking at their clothes...fussing with their hair, making sure nothing is going to pop out. They are squeezed into these clothes by spanks ...spray tanned and high heels...almost like stepford wives..not quite real anymore. Even the speech is like they are in another world .

You can tell Kim is quite insecure and always conscious of the way she looks as she constantly re-adjusting her outfit or messing with something. God help her when the signs of aging really start to kick in. She will have a meltdown.

ayuana bradford I know, sadly we all have to get old and less attractive, thats just life. The best you can do is look after yourself the best you can in order to still look good. Kim is doing the wrong thing by having all this botox, fillers etc because the irony is, in her quest for a youthful face, shes actually making herself look older.
