She doesn't appear to have ant dramatic physical changes like Kim and khloe do, as in their noses, body's, lips, facial structure. There are many before and after pictures of them on the internet that you can look at and can see that Kourtney is the only one that has always looked the same an never got any type of cosmetic surgery done.
