Tbf to Kanye, the Kardashians being white supremacists isn't an unpopular opinion. The general consensus among people who think that isn't that they are overt racists, but that they commodify black features in a way that is palatable to white people (ie big lips, big bum, darker skin through heavy tanning, having black men and mixed kids as accessories to gain fame - they wouldn't date those guys if they weren't a means of getting social clout). They sell those features (Kylie's lip stuff, social media, make-up etc) and profit without acknowledging how or where they took them from. By doing that they're sending a message of "black features are only okay/sellable/popular on a wide scale, if they're on a white body, which in turn adds to the narrative of white people being better/more acceptable/better than black people. I'm not here to argue btw, I just wanted to explain the logic behind why some people view the Kardashians in that way and that Kanye isn't totally crazy for viewing it like that. There are loads of videos on youtube explaining this better than I have, so I would encourage anyone interested to look into it.

If you actually sit and listen to his interviews, he's a good dude just trying to make the world a better place. Yes he speaks odd and has no filter, but when you're going against the grain you're bound to upset people and sound "crazy" at times. I think dismissing him and saying he needs help is very lazy, we all struggle with mental health that does not invalidate his opinion. And as for him being "trash" now I think the younger generations would strongly disagree, but that's the beauty of music, it's subjective.

Probably was made easier to make this video as kanye has such differing political views to the both of them which probably made his behaviour easier to laugh at. i believe in free speech and content creators right to be as edgy and controversial as they want but I’ve heard too much from these guys about suicide, depression and mental illness not to see this as really hypocritical.

He's stepped out of making mainstream music since then but I wouldn't call him washed up when he released a 10/10 album just 3 years ago. Man's unhinged but the talent hasn't left him. Like one or two snappy jokes that are funny, but move on with interesting commentary. There is so much news out there and it's funny and interesting to hear your take on it. However it kinda feels like you pick limited stores then beat the dead horse out of each. Please don't take this as negative hating bs, but maybe you can revitalise True News. Think of what Mr beast does, where he picks the best bits and puts them together. The TG podcast is perfect the way it is, but true news could be stepped up.
