You're ignorant, what you're forgetting is that "kim before surgery" was years ago.. You act like she would look like this now if she didn't get surgery. She got surgery only when she started to age and look older. The surgery is to keep a face as beautiful as it was back then, she's 42 years old and looks the way she does because of surgery
I really don’t think she has surgery on her face. She looks the same to me just way older,I mean when you have access to the top spa facial treatments you’re gonna look good asf, I’m sure she gets non surgical treatments because she does not look like she’s had surgery, Botox, believable, but not surgery. She’s always had the same nose and face shape, i think she just looks like the younger Kim again because she lost a lot of weight. Regardless she is still beautiful now, as she has always been :) Faces change and get skinner as you get older and some people don’t realize that you can be old and still be naturally gorgeous.
She said she always knew from like 10-12 she was going to be famous.. there’s a video at like 15 she claimed it. She was a very popular girl in her young years too. She was the “pretty sister”. That’s why she still even has childhood friends til this day
I always said the exact same thing when I was younger. And I still stand by it. I have yet to see a more beautiful girl/woman to exist ever,than Kim Kardashian, before any surgery. What she did to ruin one of Gods greatest creations is a tragedy.

She looked like she lived her childhood to the fullest. Such fun and free aspects. You could see her compassion for living life to the fullest. She truly lost that love as she got older and had surgeries. She was beautiful, and looked like the perfect example of freedom and happiness

Back then the beauty standard was different. She got surgery because of the things people were saying about her looks in media. She’s said in KUWTK that she wishes she would have gotten surgery younger so people couldn’t bring up her old nose or breasts. It’s a sad thing her mom really cemented her insecurities and encouraged her to get surgery.

Gosh, I know right. She actually seems like a sweet and down to earth person, a side that we don't really see often from her, at least I don't. She seems approachable. At the time Kris was married to Robert Kardashian and he was a good lawyer but she only had income, also Robert Kardashian was very conservative with the children especially of his Arminian heritage. I don’t think he would allow any of the girl to get surgery back then. Also most Hollywood surgeries back then were usually just nose jobs which you can she was the first thing she changed when Keeping Up became a hit. She shouldn’t have gotten any of the surgeries she was beautiful and a whole aesthetic
