I have watched this guy many times most notably at Antones on Guatalupe in the 1990's. Any night of the week ==== the floor shoock. Jeez, sorry guys my edit is to you and all the old ampifers and cool drumsets in South Austin. B-)
Sweeeet!! Grateful for this beautiful meeting!..and Kim' stories in between the songs = yessss!! I've got the chance to meet Kim, and Nathan actually, but at a different time..in Memphis, TN... yeah great sound your live session Nathan
One of the smoothest harp players in blues! Love Jimmy Rodgers, and Kim knows his to go that tradition justice! I love that I’ve seen Kim use the house mic and doesn’t need his blues set up, Kim’s the master.
Solid rhythms and roots guitar with Kim’s great singing and his Boss Blues Harmonica that I’ve been digging since 1977 when we first met a Rosa’s Cantina❤ in my hometown of Atlanta Georgia!!!
KW just keeps getting better and better with age. At 65, I am an inspired and encouraged harp player knowing skills can age well like the Old Forrester I hold in my hand. Thank you Mr. Wilson and band.
Good to catch this on Easter sunday ... I missed the office at church but don't feel I've waisted my time watching Kim Wilson and his mates; Blues is my religion !
Hey Troy! who'd have known 20 year ago that you'd put down the harp and be playing bass for Kim?? daaamm dog. dreams do come true! God bless you man and ya'll stay cool out there.
Just about the best way to spend a couple of hours on the computer, and especially on my birthday. Troy sounding way better and on an electric as well as the doghouse this time, Marty showing once again why he's my fave drummer, and Nathan & Kim doing what they do best....thanks fellas!
I think Kim had a bad burrito and had to be in a separate room..? ha totally kidding, that's for sound separation/audio quality reasons Outstanding don't know how I missed this when it was live!
