Kimani Mbugua is a prominent Kenyan media personality known for his vibrant presence on Nation FM and later at Royal Media's Citizen TV, Inooro TV, and Hot 96. He left the public eye in 2020 and has since openly discussed his struggles with mental illness, which he attributes to heavy marijuana use. Although he sought treatment and showed signs of improvement, recent social media posts suggest he may be experiencing a relapse, displaying signs of instability. This situation has highlighted the ongoing challenges of mental health and substance abuse. In response, Oga Obinna, with support from Mbugua's father and the Nairobi Gossip Club, has mobilized Kenyans to provide much-needed assistance to the former news anchor. In this new Episode of Obinna Show Live, we showcase his Journey from Nairobi to Mombasa with the help of Oga Obinna and the dad.

Hi obbina help my Dad and brother please, my dad was the former counsillor (MCA) of Sabatia, he is 80yrs Old now on wheelchair, but he drinks a lot, my brother is the one who makes him drink because they can't go a day without drinking, He even gets very sick if he missed drinking. Ifill so bad seeing him like that because he was once a respected person and now he is useless.
