Oooof I hope it didn’t hurt too much. That log had a log clipped out of the top it looks like it was a problem for many horses and riders. Wishing you the best.
Philip, it looks like you have started a new channel. This is a fascinating sport. It would be wonderful if you would introduce yourself and tell us a little bit about yourself and your horse and a little bit more about this sport. I think you could make several videos discussing your strategy, your training, your equipment and so much more. I hope you give this some consideration and I hope that you and your horse recovered from the fall.
you say that's abuse. but its not idk if yo u horse riding i have 14 pony and whip make them know to go faster so and ther skin so thick they dont get hurt
@@thateqlulu_2023 as long as you dont full home run it and a lil slap wont hurt for some thing bad true some times a lil slap on a pro horse will be good to let them know to go a bit faster
@@andrewdahulkJust wanted to say that I agree with what you said but horses actually have thinner skin than humans and more nerve endings. Seriously. Its something many riders are learning now that it's been thoroughly tested. I was told they had thick skin too. But turns out if a whip hurts us it hurts them. I'm not saying to not use a whip, I think it's fine when riders use crops (I do sometimes too). There's healthy ways to use them for sure. I'm just telling you what the study concluded about their skin. 🙂
