My theory on why douma was doing the food delivery part: The food delivery would be teleported to the houses every time once it needed to be restocked but douma fell asleep in muzan’s how-to-kill-demon-slayers class and so he had to do food delivery for a month bc muzan switched the food teleportation machine off XD
