I can tell you never played the game in real life otherwise you would know exactly what the argument is about. You should be "ordering" your team mates to be in the right space, cover the spaces, mark runners and so on. That's doesn't mean you're above them, better than them or anything like that, it's just clear communication of players that want to win the game. Please don't question Rudy's professionalism, winning mentality and leadership, the guy has been on top of his game for very long time.
