Kimray Inc I would enjoy a pneumatic piston balanced throttling valve rebuild video. We use these in some of our newer facilities. I have only rebuilt a couple times so it would help a lot. Thanks

On the upper housing section. The main diaphragm should go belly down or belly up?

Yes, “belly down” is correct. I needs to look like a bowl.

This is a great video!! I would love to be bale to have a copy to take to work for rebuilding the kimrays we use. However I am in the middle of the bottoms and have no internet capability. Do you have somewhere I could download these videos to my tablet for use at work?

You can also download RU-vid videos for offline use through RU-vid. Should be an option right under the video.

You can screen record the videos using your phone. iPhone has the feature built in. Not sure about android

How much oil do you add to it? And what kind?

Fill the lower housing with any kind of light gravity motor oil until the communication hole to the lower stem is fully submerged.
