If I were to tell you this was one of the easiest covers I've ever done, I'd be so full of it.
I've spent many, many hours learning this one - I've struggled to decipher a lot of the parts simply due to the fact that the toms were so quiet in the mix and I wanted this to be PERFECT.
The middle section before the chorus really had me scratching my head for a good while there with the extra toms in the middle but I think I figured it out!
I actually did several takes last week and I just was not happy with it at all so I went back and redid it and GOOD THING I DID.
This is definitely one of the songs that took a bit to grow on me but once I really ran through it, I couldn't stop listening to it.
