Kinamatisang Manok Recipe
Ingredients
4 cloves of Garlic
1 Medium size Onion
1 small size ginger
1 kg Chicken
1/4 Kg or 15-18 pcs. of Baguio Beans
1/4 kg Cabbage
2 Green Chilies or Siling Green
1 pc Chicken Knorr Cubes
3-4 tbsp of Fish sauce or Patis (Adjust it according to your taste)
Ground Black Pepper
2 cups of water
Optional Ingredients: You can also use Petsay and Potatoes as an alternate vegetables
