Father is careful and gives thought. Young man is brash and careless. Typical for age difference. Sad to see water and termite damage. So much humidity normally but even more along the side of the river. Beautiful Petite Rose many you never give up.

If even well-built wooden houses rot or are in danger of collapsing within 2 or 3 years, it is better to build them in brick.

I don't know where you live but my grandparents timber home was built 130 years ago and is in perfect condition and yes they themselves are long gone and I will son be also.

There is also a big difference between dwellings built with hardwood timbers and softwood timbers. As is there a difference between timber rotting due to wet climate and wood attacked by termites.

Lily, você deve reconstruir a sua casa noutro lado onde o sol é mais intenso, para a casa durar mais. Esse lugar é muito húmido e tem muitas levadas com água. Não é bom para a casa nem para a sua saúde. Foi bom ter ajudas .👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Eu acho que esse rapaz vai voltar pra ficar com ela no canal. A madeira estava cheia de cupins, por que não foi tratada antes. Agora você vai ter que cuidar melhor da madeira antes de fazer a casa novamente.
