How do they compare to the XL Redwood pockets? My 2 year old toddler is 37lbs, and I’m curious if he would even fit into these. Thank you so much for the recommendation for Redwood too. I have loved them with him!

They might be a little tight. I do notice, in practice, they can be a little tight on the legs on my kiddo (I'm sorry I totally don't know his weight right now! 😆).

I absolutely love using GMD cotton inserts inside training pants. They give a little extra absorbency without being bulky on kiddo. However, these kinder ones have plenty of absorbency built in!

It looks like they don't have any side snaps, so I won't be trying them out. Side snaps are a must-have for us, sorry. ❤️

I’ve heard the fit is a bit small and tight around legs. Have you tried it on Bear? What’s his weight?

I'm sorry I don't know Barret's weight, but he's super average for his age. He'll be 3 next month. And yes, I do have to put the lower snaps (for the leg holes) as loose as possible, then taper in the top snaps for his waist. I could definitely see how this would not work well for a bigger kiddo.
