This is a compilation of the class' and Miss Applegate's reactions to every single item in the game I could find when presented for Show & Tell at the end of the day.
(Several items were unavailable such as the bathroom pass and items used in Lily's storyline where there is no Show & Tell segment.)

I’d say most definitely. If they planned no many routes they can plan a distraction in show and tell like that.

Billy's shoe is in one of the bloody boxes in the bathroom. And you can get the janitor's mop during Cindy's storyline after she kills him.

it's impossible to have the letter without the device (nugget gives the device to you before school and if you don't give the letter to lily you can't use the device)

It's impossible to not have the device, as it's only used at the end of nugget's questline, and to finish the questline you need to give the letter to Lily.

You buy it from the lunchlady. It's usually $10, but you can get it for 5 cents if you go through a dialogue branh with the janitor in the bathroom during the first lesson.

A little late, but you get it during Cindy's storyline: as her boyfriend, instead of getting the bucket of blood get the note. The note is a recipe for the janitor's Biscuit Balls, revealing her dog is the ingredient. Give it to Monty to read it, then tell her, and she will violently murder the janitor to avenge her dog. You also get a Monstermon card out of it! :)

During Cindy's mission, dump blood on Cindy instead of Lily. After Cindy runs offscreen and gets into an accident, her shoe is left behind. Hope this helps
