True Prof. The Court of its own motion had the discretion to direct that the consolidated Petitions be heard instead as it raised weighty constitutional issues.
I was not shocked by the court ruling. I knew the judges and both the parliament and senate received instructions from statehouse. I told my friends not to bother following the proceedings since the judgement had already been predetermined.
But Kenya has a very good constitution compared with its neighbors, why implementing unconstitution mistrust tribal governance as if you didn't see the inside of the classroom?
