I actually get so offended when people say that Jess ACTUALLY does put effort into her cosplays.. Well yeah are you kidding me?! She puts more effort than most people combined, she's one of the best. Her Deathwing cosplay was just insane and I can't imagine how tedious it would have been. But this is what she loves, why can't people see that?
I don't know what ever gave me the impression, in the past that someone helps, or entirely builds these type of things _for_ you, Jessica, but I'm only recently seeing these videos. To say you have a knack, is an understatement. It seems you are as practiced at it, that you make it look easy, even effortless for you. Well done!!
Awesome job, Jessica. Love your time-lapses. So interesting to see how you make your cosplay props and costumes. P.S.: Sorry I stole your thunder on Twitter when someone asked about your Deathwing costume and I pointed them to your RU-vid channel. Just gotta be faster next time :P
I'm not sure how you manage to spend so much time and effort on something without giving up. It's people like you we need more of in the world. Thanks for being an awesome person.
i built legos as a kid. some big some small. the biggest was a star destroyer and it took me 2 days and had 1,000 pieces. i do not have the patience for this.
aaaaah. I need to make this. it's so pretty. Also fuck you to all the folks that thought you never made your own stuff. ahahaha. also what is that drink next to you when you were sanding down the foam?! it looks tasty. *u*
+Dale Lima ha, Arizona. I live a couple miles from her home (assumed because Ive seen her in local stores). Ive taken pictures with her at comic cons and talked to her in public. Unlike most, I didnt come to the channel because of boobs, I came because I liked her cosplays (many of them are very well done). :) edit: and no, I am not going to tell you the area. I respect others privacy.
I love these kind of video. It truly gives a perspective of how much time and love goes into these things. Keep being awesome Jessica! We believe in you.
Wow, I'm blown away by the skill. If you ever get some time you should do more videos like this. Not only cause they're freaking awesome, but it could be used a useful learning tool for beginners.
You're an artist, holy crap! I really love the cosplays you've been doing lately (Orendi was one of my favorites) and it's super awesome that you're doing videos of your process now. I can't wait to see what piece you bring to life next.
I always thought that Jessica was an awesome human being and that the Nigris was the best breed of human ever in modern times. This is my confirmation bias. Your default craziness inspired me to become a better human and your dedication and effort in creating what you love is pushing me to stop procrastinating and do my own shit. Thanks for being awesome and spreading awesomeness
absolutely love content like this. That's not to say everything else isn't amazing, just that the before and after process is amazing! you're so talented, keep it up Jessica and keep inspiring people!
So crazy cool. You're so talented lady!! The time and patience it must have taken to make this. Thanks for showing the process!!! Definitely makes ppl appreciate all the work you put in more. Nuts.
Brilliant.................... and I love the little bits she's left in with no make up on, and the tunes are amazing. Loads of hard work for all her cosplays and more power to her for making it :)
Jessica, I just have to say... I love all of the new armor and prop work you've been doing lately! And it was really a neat experience to get to watch your piece come together! So thank you for sharing this with us, and oh my gosh... I can't wait to see what you have in store for us next! O.O
Please please do more of these, being able to see the process in action is both helpful and educational for up and coming cosplayers and much appreciated love your work Jessica keep it up~!
i wish that i had the armazing artistic skill that you have because there are so many cosplay's for league and animes that i would love to do but i have neither the money or the skill or the time to do so, so watching you and these full assemblies just makes my day i hope that you come out with more to watch, and now i have an kindred bow tutorial to watch in the future. thank you very much, and keep up the great work.
Wow that was really cool to watch, I always knew you put a lot of work into your cosplays but after seeing that I was just blown away. You never cease to amaze me with how incredible everything ends up looking. Keep up the amazing work and never stop doing what you love. You have inspired so many people including myself to better our cosplaying abilities. 👌👌👌
Jess, I don't want to hear you say that your cosplays are crap because the effort and time that you put into the stuff you makes really pays off. I'm pretty sure that most of us fans would agree that you are truly talented af. I think if it's not too much work, we would like to see more of these time lapse videos very "satisfying" :D
I don't know where all you work is headed. But I hope people head hunt you to do movie and game prop and set design/create. That was awesome. And you took the time to show others how. You are so cool.
these videos are always so fun to watch. I'm not a cosplayer and I'm not big in to cosplay but u make me like it with your amazing attitude and everything. seeing these kinds of videos are great, because I get to see what u did not what you went through to make these things. it's always a good time watching your videos. keep up the good work and keep up your amazing attitude and positive energy.
Wow that's amazing to how much time and effort goes into cos play and I like how creative you have you to be as well this video has really opened my eyes
I freakin LOVE cosplay builds..one of my favorite things to watch on youtube. Volpin props, Evil Ted, and Andrew DFT are some of my favorites. And Jessica you did a bad ass job on this one. Much love and respect. ^_^
Not gonna lie this was insane to watch! Not only that, some of the techniques you used are definitely ones I hope to use should I ever make a prop similar in terms of setup. Awesome video Jess, thanks for sharing your work
Definitely need to do more complex costumes they are fantastic! Also really appreciate you filming these for us it's always interesting to see the process :D
So good! I really wish I had the balls (figuratively, of course) to chase a life where I could spend any amount of energy on this kind of thing. You definitely have loads of my respect, Jessica.
That was honestly impressive to watch. This and the Deathwing creation (savage BTW) show a lot of dedication. Keep being cool and enjoying what your doing.
This just made me so happy watching this! I love seeing stuff like this where I can see what is going on and get an idea of how to make great things! Jessica! You truly are amazing!
Thanks for this great vid, i'm still building up the courage to take on a project like this, so seeing the techniques you use is making me a lot more positive that I can do it!
Love these videos. I am amazed with your ability to not cut your fingers up as you wield that exacto knife. I can't even be trusted with a hot glue gun!
You did a fantastic job on this and the kindred cosplay as well! Would be cool to see the light blue parts have some glowing lights BUT still an amazing piece nonetheless!! Keep up the good work and putting out videos like this!!
