The MC-15 PowerBox™ KineRoller™ is designed for high precision cylindrical die rolling of threads, worms, knurls, splines, serrations, fins, grooves and lead screws that are common features of various components and fasteners in the aerospace, automotive, railway, power generation and medical device industries. Available with either a vertical or horizontal rolling centerline and a high-stiffness rolling structure, these rolling machines feature various options such as a smart-blade rolling system, reciprocating die rolling, direct servo die drive, true die positioning, dynamic control of the rolling process with smart sensing and may be equipped for automation.
