I’m almost sure that man with the hood had something on the back of his hand that hurt the horse. He walked away quickly when the horse reacted. I wish the tourists were not allowed to touch the horses for the horse’s safety.
More likely his hand stunk of tobacco or marijuana, or some other objectionable drug, or even another animal. He held his hand for the horse to smell before patting it, nothing wrong with that, suggests that he knows animals, however, what ever he had been touching previously was something the horse considered dangerous and wanted to get away from.
10:22- Man in black hoodie should be caught and arrested on suspicion of using ???? Chloroform???? Notice that jurk took off after attacking the horse. Time to protect the horse and its rider. Too many hands in the horse's face. It's a crazy world. I'm sure his hoodie is up so he couldn't have his face videoed. Breaks my heart.
The fact that he kept this hood up, in order not to be recognised on film, speaks volumes about his deliberate attempt to do harm. What an evil A-hole.
The woman walking up to the captain interrupting his conversation was incredibly rude. She came to touch the horse as soon as they left. I swear 75% of these people needs anxiety meds.😮
These are trained military and horses, not tourist attractions, . They are working and should NOT have tourists swamping 5hem and putting the soldiers and horses in danger.
This is treated like a circus. So many rude people. If the soldiers were really there for guarding, they couldn’t get through all those people to guard anything.
There was something on his hand that didn't smell right to him some horses don't like the smell of cigarettes or a perfume. Stop letting people touch the Horses. Pictures ok just back them away they don't need to touch them go to a petting zoo
Could have been something far worse than perfume or nicotine..I am not accusing the guy himself but simply stating many many people take illegal drugs as a matter of routine & could have thought giving the horse a sniff of something would have been funny? Luckily it didn't appear to need a Vet.
9:44 tourist wearing black hoodie taking pictures, seems innocent enough... then 10:23 stroaks horses nose with back of hand... would the horse have collapsed if it hadn't fallen into the box? Wonder if the police found this guy in the crowd?
The hooded guy who frightened the horse was clearly with two boys - there's a clear moment at 9.37 when he beckons them over. He instructs the older boy to step forward 10.06. The.younger boy joins him but can only be seen briefly at 10.16. What a heinous thing to do and what a poor example. I hope he is caught and given a criminal record for reckless endangerment. There were so many people nearby it could have been so dangerous. Well done boxman for managing this horrible situation.
Who is boxman? I hope you aren't referring to the King's Life Guard as boxman! He worked very hard to be addressed better than that. Geez, I'm. American, have never been there and wouldn't do that. At least use Trooper or Guard. The horses are the same, they are ranked, but you can get away with calling them a horse as most don't even know that or their names.
L agree they shouldn't be able to touch the horse or guard why can't the cops guard them better maybe that's the answer they act like they've never seen a horse before. Your right its not a petting zoo they are there to protect leave them both alone from Pennsylvania usa
The boy with short black hair .wearing light brown jacket was communicating with man in black hooded jacket. 11:37 11:37 boy even joined up with him right after the horse reacted. Did they catch them?
Often thought that we have no idea what people are putting on their hands. Some folk have a strange sense of humour or simply no empathy. Horses should be protected... Good capture 5AS5BS, thank you.
@@monikalinde6618 I'm glad someone else saw that! Also this has nothing to do with the guards but the Polo matches are abuse to the animals! How can Harry or anybody else inflict pain on an animal to make them win a stupid game!!!? I read Harry's pregnant horse died because Harry didn't listen to the trainer!!! What kind of man is he?
Could just have been an electric shock from static electricity? We all have electric running through our bodies ..the guard didn't seem too concerned otherwise he would have pressed his emergency button
You know the bloke in the black hoodie was escorted to a room somewhere. Maybe not right there, but somewhere nearby, quietly. I imagine that everyone who approaches these horses is entered into a facial recognition data base. At least, I hope so.
Horses can definitely sense evil. This person must have been a pretty awful person. Could you imagine if some sick person tried exposing the beautiful animals to fentenyl or some other drug? It takes such a small amount to do harm. I’d be wary of someone with gloves on or presenting their outer sleeve for reasons like that. Also, horses often react similarly to strong essential oil scents such as eucalyptus or tea tree, etc, and strangely predator urine so all of the above are possibilities. 😢😢 If this were done on purpose, how sick is that? Humans that would do something like that don’t deserve to have such beautiful creatures of God in their lives.😢❤❤❤
The police and guards men will wait until something really bad happens to the horses and then make a rule to not touch the horses. The smell that man put on the horse could be tested from his nose if someone reports it. They could tell what it was from the test. Please do something
Yes I thought the same he had some sort of substance the back of his hand There should be a barrier between the Kings Guard and the public… Not all tourists or people have good intentions to our traditions and culture
@9:36 man called over to him two young boys. I guess to watch him. He then took a picture and talked to the boy in tan jacket. Boy said yes with his head. Man with hood on put his hand on horses nose , then he swapped upward look like he was administering something toxic to that horse. He needs to be investigated and the horse needs to be checked out. He did something to that horse. He released a demon on the horse and it freaked the horse out. something unusual happened.
The man with the hood definitely did something to the horse. The guard should have reported him?!!? The people should not be allowed to pet the horses. To me thats animal abuse!!!!!
This is getting more and more utter ridiculous. They need to set up a s low fence or chain in front of the horse which can be opened during changes. At other places in Lodon the human foot Guards have such low fences. You dare to cross the fence/chain you will be challenged by the Guard, yelled at and have the weapon incl. bayonet in your face. One of these days someone will be killed or severely injured sooner or later. Or a horse gets injured. For example watch the scene at 10:23. Free the horses from gate tro gate! No pun intended ...
It’s angering that these poor horses and guards have to put up with this crap. That creep should have been detained and questioned. Looked pretty deliberate to me. One of these days some lunatic is going to cause serious injury to the service women , men and or horses. What is London waiting for?! Take action now and protect them! Times have changed. I don’t think the guards or horses should be used as entertainment or a tourist attraction. They deserve far more dignity and respect. They’ve earned it! ✌🏼❤️🇨🇦
They should not permit touching of any kind for the horses welfare.People could give the horse fentanyl in powder form on a shirt sleeve. We just had a trooper die inspecting a stolen car where I live. All the trooper did was touch a small amount of the powder and he overdosed and died during the inspection.True story Perry Co.Arkansas
😮😮😮😮 Oh my goodness. Really, you have to protect your horses. But of course you won't. Because it's more money that comes into your country. Humans must not touch the horses at all. The poor horse
Think the man on a hoody which deliberately put his hand for the horse to smell which was very odd had something on the back of his hand like a drug or something to make the horse immediately react like that.
I love watching all these videos BUT I'M SO SAD TO SEE HOW BRAVE AND BEAUTIFUL HORSES ARE ans how stupid humans don't care of nothing : neither horses or guards are RESPECTED ! What a shame !!! IT'S REALLY MAKE ME CRY ! SORRY
H’mmm - to be fair, it could have been something as innocent as an unintentional static shock. Notice that the horse only jumped back when he stroked its nose. I’ve had a similar experience while grooming mine, especially during a dry summer.
@@leedoulman6027Don't care is rather a childish response isn't it? There is no sign, and the public are permitted rightly or wrongly to touch the horses. Get over yourself and learn to spell while you are at it!
How much more do we need to safeguard the horse + guard? The horse to fall down dead? Why, oh why won't you stop these tourists from touching the horses at all? It's a horrible incident waiting to happen....+ it will, if nobody takes it in their hand to change! MOD Police armed to the teeth can't be everywhere, + there you can see how quick this happened! The box - men + horses are a ' free for all!' I am appalled! 😡🇨🇦
This is the eternal question to which we do not know the answer. Is the guard directly responsible for the horse? Who approaches him, who touches him? And if not him, who? His superior? Who approved that a military horse is actually a circus object? Because the vast majority of guards are totally lax, even though they are visibly uncomfortable with the touching. We keep calling for respect, but a guard sitting on a horse should command respect naturally. Something is wrong.
The horses head blocks his vision.he can't see the muzzle from the horses back. With cameras being so small they can be added to the box and a small screen can be installed. Also when a guard hits the alarm it should make a loud sound to alert the police that are there.
It could have been cologne or some sort of food residue combined with the motion towards the eyes. Horses dont like certain motion, due to prey reflexes.
I think their really needs to be a new protocol of rules set in place that stops people from touching the horses. Movable barricades, defining signage of rules and instant fine notifications should all be implemented. Im astonished that people are still allowed to get so close to the horses and guards
It seems that the man with the HOODIE is trying a very odd thing with a little bit something on thee top of his hand it smells. The horse didn't like the person at all. Have noticed that around the two o'clock time he approaches both horses they need to get out of the boxes they stand in. Eight pm, EST USA time my guess of the incident (s). Curiosity. Why are the horses getting so bitty lately?!
Bang out of order. Cannot let people like that get away with it. Looked to be deliberate too? Maybe pepper or curry powder etc? Response to video only.
