Has anyone explained to these people that it was the British Army who liberated Belsen concentration camp? How dare they show such disrespect! These people come here all the time and harass the Guards. Why have these people not been completely banned from the property?!
@@carlabrownhill7752 And they don’t respect that. Truly pathetic. You bring someone who survived Belsen to this place? The respect they will show will be an example to these people. But, maybe not.
I'm sick to death of watching the disrespect to our troops from other countries, especially the Jewish people. Surely there will be cameras about to stop them. Who do they think they are? Their government should be informed of this, and if need be ban them . I have been a Jewish supporter nearly all my life, and I'm 73 years old and I'm discusted
I find it a bit odd that a group of people who dress in 17th century religious clothing mock soldiers also dressed in 18th century uniforms. Those not wearing the hasidic "uniform" but also of that sect are equally disrespectful. How would they feel if we mocked their soldiers?
@beckycederquist • They would applaud you and join in. The ones in Israel openly mock their armed forces members. They are exempt from military service in their homeland.
'God' chose them you know............. I wonder what would happen if it was proven, beyond doubt, that mythical beings don't exist and all their funny traditions, attire and demeanour, were all meaningless. I'm apparently not allowed to say on RU-vid what I feel about this sect.

Was there the first time in 2012 with my wife waited 10min well, a group hung out, dishing out disrespectful comments. Have a military background in Canada 🇨🇦 so I had to say something that made them move quickly and watch their back, then again in 2015 with my adult children. That time, the police came over and said something to them after hearing me give them a piece of my mind.
Unfortunately a lot of people would be worried about being called a racist. Me? They would get a piece of my mind & I would still have enough left to function like a normal, respectful human being. Love the older gentleman keeping people in line ❤
There's no welfare for their kids they won't let us in ...they use a blue van to drive around in carrying battons...thats spose to be their police...I OWN property in a Jewish area...
So…. believing in your own religion isn’t as silly? They’re all bronze-age myths, and all religions, all sociological cultures in fact, “indoctrinate” their children. That’s part of the definition of “culture.” One of the main purposes of religion is group cohesiveness, which allows tribes to have better survivability. Religion teaches codes of conduct, their mores and folkways. What you said, your comment, might be construed as micro aggression. Their rudeness has little to do with the religion itself. They’re just plain arrogant and rude. But what worries me is that their public behavior isn’t helping quell the rise in antisemitism at all, in a politically hot climate. They’re only “weird” to you, because you’ve got a different weird belief system. It’s their horrid public behavior that’s unacceptable, not their appearance or belief system. Ans that applies to every tourist and visitor. :)
I think with the sheer quantity of visitors these days they should be required to pay for tickets in advance, which would simply allow them to walk through to the parade ground or down the mall. No petting horses or hanging around for ages annoying guards. Make it abundantly clear this is a working Military establishment not a playground for people to do and behave as they please. May give the guards and horses a bit of peace. Bless them all.
The problem from what I’ve read is that this spot is an extremely popular tourist attraction, and public relations put the soldiers snd cops in a bind.
@@rubythomas6253 • It's a Grade 1 listed building, dating back to 1750, so before the USA became an independent country and before the French Revolution started. Power-washing would damage the stonework.
There are certain groups of people who hang around the guards, ignoring everyone else, standing in front of the soldiers. Taunting them, taking multiple pictures. They don’t let any others get near for a picture and they follow the soldiers on their rounds. Why do they feel so entitled? The police need to move them along more forcefully than they do.
Totally weird the way these hasidic jews are obsessed with visitng horseguards, and end up staring at the guards. I get that they don't interact with life the way it's lived for the majority, and that, like most cults, they feel they have special licence to behave as they do because they're special people. But you'd think that any time spent among the numbers at Horse Guard would at least make them consider if kids with shaved heads, and young boys dressed like old men, and women subdued and subjected to the status of childbearers and second class citizens is normal. They also don't seem to understand that they don't do the wider Jewish diaspora any favours at all. But they don't care about that.
"and women subdued and subjected to the status of childbearers and second class citizens is normal" The dynamic is usually the other way around in Judaism.
I love how they think they're going to intimidate the guard!! 🤣 Their arrogance, entitlement, and disrespect is beyond scope! They aren't going to change. They need to be banned. But they know that they have free rein, and they run with it.
There are a few groups that come frequently and this is what they do every time. The rest behave the same way. It’s ridiculous what the guards have to deal with.
The guard has had enough. He’s told them to get back and they’re ignoring him. I would have stood along the other end as well, after shouting at them to move. Police need to step in.
This guard is my favourite. He is very alert , very good at his job and doesn't like tourists ,especially when he's on mount duty. I visited London last week and was hoping he would be on duty when we visited. Your family must be very proud of you.💂💂💂💂💂💂
Actually if you do some actual research, you’ll find that many of their men have volunteered and are already in the IDF, as a matter of conscience and survival.
He said nothing wrong. They are exempt. Some choose to volunteer. I think some Israeli military training may be exactly what they need. Maybe exempting them makes them feel special or entitled. This behaviour comes from somewhere
If I thought for one second an IDF member would act like that your comment would be justified, an IDF soldier would not, I repeat would not act as these fools do.
Their assumptions that they have a right to know what the trooper and guard are talking about is appalling! The way they bend over the chain!!!! Seriously get a life and move on, you're not that special. I wish the Guards had a way to ban them, but as I've said before, I'm a nobody from USA.
They're weird and all clustered together like a big massive day out... just there in the archway. They even block other tourists from wanting to take a photo.
The Ministry of Defence police are not there to protect the soldiers their role is security and antiterrorism and public safety , it's Horse Guards as a working military barracks they are there to protect . The soldiers are perfectly capable of looking after themselves !
There is an elderly gentleman standing near the arch beside the little store. Was he in the kings guards? He is wonderful at trying to keep the people back. The group with black hats and hair curls are very disrespectful to the guards. I hope they have been told not to return
@@kathellison8084 it’s true that the soldiers are perfectly capable of looking after themselves. How are they able to ‘do this’? It looks to me that they can’t just chase the disrespectful visitors away! They appear to be told to stay their post. The police have their role true, but they have thrown people out in the past. When they see the obnoxious behaviour happening, a quick ‘move on’ would suffice.
In the USA they are known as Hasidic Jews, they are different than other sects of Judiasim. That is the way they dress. I agree they are rude there and wonder what country they are from. The problem could get bad if they come up against the people who protest for Palestine. On college campuses in the USA there are many Jewish students harassed and afraid to go to classes, one of the university is Harvard. We have a major problem on our campuses now.
Those people give me the creeps. There nothing but a cult full of stalkers. The Army have every right to ban them from inside horseguards its a working military barrack.
@@pattilabell7509we would love them to be away from everyone. They are a cult, ignorant and backwards. Let’s hope they all leave or learn to be respectful towards others.
Just look at how they monopolize the guards, making it impossible for others to take photos. Add their disrespectful behaviors to everyone and they are a group who should just be banned.

The kids are acting exactly like their guardians, I can't call them parents. Your second video of the man alone with all the kids was the worst I've seen yet. They hog the place so no other tourist can enjoy a picture and the disrespect and taunting of the guards is beyond pale. I think it's unbelievable that a people, saved by your men, and mine ( America) should have so little respect for soldiers. It disgusts me

The armed police are Ministry of Defence police there for security and antiterrorism , they can and have stepped in and ordered people out of the tiltyard before they keep a close eye on any tourists they came over to check with the gatesman if he was ok . Cctv is used as well .
I am sorry but their ignorance and rudeness are just too much. Perhaps they need to be made fun for the way they dress when they mock the guards. Who do they think they are while they block everyone from getting pictures?
It would be interesting to see the reaction if some of the guards appeared outside a synagogue and made jokes about these extremely orthodox Jews. I'm quite sure they would be removed very quickly.
This group of people have been coming on a regular basis to Horseguards and behaving totally inappropriately all through the last year of "lockdown". to present day.
Creepy, weird, utterly rude & inappropriate. What the heck is wrong with those stalkers. Same old time & time again. I literally have 2 stop watching when I see them as they make me feel sick & so angry with their disrespectful behaviour & misplaced sense of superiority/arrogance
Their dress lost relevance decades ago. The sooner the exemption from military service is cancelled, the better for them . Maybe they'll learn some respect.
Many Hassids in Israel have volunteered for the IDF and have been fighting alongside their compatriots. In fact, some of the upper levels of IDF leadership were already staffed by orthodox. And others not in the military have volunteered in supportive roles, feeding the soldiers kosher banquet-style meals and providing some relief in the form of entertainment. Remember that it’s their country, not yours, and they make their own decisions which don’t need to conform to the opinions of others, any more than yours does.
@@MarySanchez-qk3hp With that being said, they also need to remember what country they are in and learn to respect our cultures and customs or don’t visit. I have no problem with what people choose to wear, it wouldn't be mine though. What I do mind though, is their attitude and actions while going about their business. There does always seem to be an attitude of self entitlement about certain groups of people, religious or not. These people are perfectly enacting self entitlement and intimidation, but to who? There does seem to be an agenda.
They came the day before he was the one wearing the brown hat. So clearly this is a fun day out for them being disrespectful to the guards. If I was there I would shout at them to move out the way so others can get photos.

There’s a young Jewish boy there in all his garb following behind the King’s Guard as he marched back to his place. No adult stopped the kid or spoke to him. What are the parents doing!!
I am ashamed to be of the same faith as them. Someone needs to find out what Yoshidas are in the area and send the video of them acting like a Jackass and get them in trouble
Am I missing something? It seems these particular sect of Jewish people have zero respect or manners- they are guests. Why do they find this acceptable behaviour. I want to understand why so many of them behave like this. It’s certainly not in the Torah. Other Jewish people don’t carry on like this.
Love that gentleman by the souvenir shop, keeping an eye on the next generation obnoxious "stare" and "arch" busy bodies. Poor guard needs a break, from these "chain hangers". They seem to think they are superior, for some bizarre reason. They wouldn't behave that way to the military in their own country but everyone knows that Western countries will tolerate anything rather than be accused of political incorrectness, which is now a worse crime than murder. I actually fear for the guards, walking through these mobs. I recall a very young British soldier hacked to death right on the street by a Nigerian wielding a machete. I'll never forget that.😢
What an odd bunch, what on earth is wrong with them? They appear to visit the guards on a weekly basis; perhaps they have nothing better to do with their time than to be filmed bothering the king guards?
It looked like a Jewish man in a flat cap gave the Hasidic party a bit of a talking too in Hebrew and they seemed a bit shocked. I also heard one of the women speaking "Yiddish" rather than Hebrew but I am sure that they are from London. They have been told off countless times.
